How are personality types determined?

Our initial assessment test identifies your personality type by analyzing key dimensions of your personality. These include how you focus your energy (introversion vs. extraversion), process information (sensing vs. intuition), make decisions (thinking vs. feeling), and approach the world (judging vs. perceiving). The results are synthesized to determine your primary personality type.

Can my personality type change?

While your core personality type typically remains stable, your interaction patterns and preferences may evolve over time. You can retake the personality assessment every 12 months to track any changes in your profile.

How does this affect my synergy scores?

Your personality type is a key factor in calculating synergy scores with other members. Different personality types may have naturally higher or lower synergy potentials, but these can be improved through conscious effort and understanding of interaction dynamics.

Synergy

What is Synergy?

Synergy is our method for aligning personality traits between individuals. We evaluate these traits and assign scores, which can be positive or negative. The overall synergy is then expressed as a percentage, between 0% and 100%.

How does Synergy work?

Our algorithm considers personality types, communication styles, and other preferences to suggest how much you complement each other's strengths.

What makes a good Synergy score?

A synergy score above 70% indicates strong compatibility, while scores below 30% suggest potential challenges in communication and collaboration. However, lower scores don't necessarily mean unsuccessful interactions - they just highlight areas where extra effort in understanding and adaptation may be needed.

Can I improve my Synergy with others?

Yes! While initial synergy scores are based on natural compatibility, they can be improved through conscious effort. Understanding each other's communication style, respecting differences, and working on identified challenge areas can significantly enhance your synergy over time.

Invitations

How do invitations work?

Members generate invitation codes if they have invitations available (click your profile icon -> "Invitations"). These can be used to invite new members to join our community.

How do I earn more invitations?

Invitations are earned through active participation, quality contributions, and maintaining a positive community presence.

What happens when someone uses my invitation?

When someone joins using your invitation, they become part of our community. Their initial activity will reflect on your reputation and may lead to sanctions if they violate community guidelines, encouraging responsible invitations.

Can my invitation privileges be revoked?

Yes, invitation privileges may be suspended if invited members consistently violate community guidelines or if the invitations are being misused.

How can I see invitation details?

The profile page provides information about every member, including who invited them and whom they have invited.

Warnings

What are warnings?

Warnings are issued to members who violate community guidelines. They can be issued as 1 week 2 weeks 3 weeks or 4 weeks warning based on severity, they expire after the warning period is over.

You can see another member's active warnings next to their name (eg "Username 1")

Warning details can be found on the profile page of the member in question, displayed as:

Warning from - Warning Reason Number of days remaining

The 3rd active warning will result in your account being blocked from the platform.

After the warning period is over, the warning will be removed from your profile.

Admin

High-level moderators with extensive permissions. They help manage the community, enforce rules, and assist with technical issues.

Steward

Community moderators who help maintain a positive environment. They monitor content, handle reports, and assist users with basic issues.

Founding Member

Early supporters and contributors who helped establish the community. They have special recognition for their initial involvement.

Member

Regular community members. They can participate in discussions, create posts, and interact with other users while following community guidelines.

Trial

Users who haven't yet activated their account with a valid invitation code.

Barred

Users who have been blocked from the platform due to rule violations.

How is voting power determined?

Voting power is directly tied to your rank within the community. Higher-ranked members, who have earned their position through active participation, valuable contributions, and maintaining a strong reputation, have votes that carry greater weight in the decision-making process.

Why do some votes count more than others?

This merit-based approach ensures that the voices of our most engaged and trusted members play a key role in guiding the platform's development. It rewards active participation and encourages meaningful contributions to the community.

How can I increase my voting influence?
