Unlike traditional platforms, Enclavd is not for everyone, people wishing to signup require an invitation code from existing members, as a gesture of trust.

At its core, Enclavd is a curated ecosystem that brings people together based on personality, behavior, and contribution. From the moment you join, you're placed into a structured system where feeds, ranks, and interactions are shaped with quality and care.

Enclavd is not open to the public. Entry is via invitation only. This creates a tighter environment focused on quality, and the common mission we all share is to make the internet a better place, standing against privacy invasion, misinformation and quality-focused approach in the content we display.

Users take a test that identifies their personality type. Offering a fresh approach to social interactions in the online enviroment.

Your home feed surfaces posts, interactions, and insights based on:

• Personality synergy
• Rank or Division the user is part of.
• Other members you're following
• Prestige level of each member

🧭 Ranks & Roles

Activity, behavior, and contribution determine your rank/division in the system. Ranks aren't just cosmetic, they unlock visibility, moderation tools, and influence within the network.

This helps reduce spam, encourage thoughtful conversation, and give power to the people who earn it.

📜 A Look Back: From Idea to MVP

To appreciate where we are, let’s rewind and take a look at the evolution of Enclavd and all the weird, experimental, sometimes downright chaotic steps that got us here.

🧪 Enclavd v1.0-alpha (formerly Project-Enclave)

The prototype that started it all: a simple personality test with 16 outcomes.

No feed. No profiles. Just a test, a result, and a wild idea: what if we mapped how these personalities interact with each other?

One nostalgic screenshot (featuring a well-timed Solitaire notification) survives from this era, symbolizing humble beginnings and the beauty of starting small.

⚙️ Enclavd v2.0-alpha

This version added:

• More pages
• Personality interaction mapping (pros & cons of working together and calculations for synergy between 2 personalities)
• A more refined visual identity

The most memorable part? A custom 👾 logo that turned toward your cursor. Not necessary, but fun. And we do fun here.

Sadly, no screenshots survive, but it marked a shift in how we thought about user engagement.

🌐 Enclavd v3.0-beta

Hosted at project-enclave.com, this version introduced actual community features and a more complete experience:

New additions:

• Social feed

• Admin tools
• Voting system
• FAQs

We improved the design but trying to visually differentiate all 16 personalities led to an overly colorful, slightly chaotic UI. Lesson learned? Possibly. But we call it part of the journey.

🧠 Enclavd v4.0-beta

A polished MVP with stability, performance, and a serious upgrade in UX.

Key features include:

• Full notification system
• Global search (for users, posts, comments)
• Error handling and bug fixes
• Custom backend tooling
• Smarter color scheme by grouping 16 personalities into 4 categories for clarity

🧠 Enclavd v5.0-beta

v5 introduces a new subsystem called SybarimDB which is design to be a source of bit-sized documented information about different topics, this subsystem can be accessed and used by visitors as well, however we censor member usernames of our Labcoats division for privacy purposes. Only labcoats division is allowed to submit or contest entries in the database and they have strict guidelines in place to ensure the submissions quote credible sources and guarantees the credibility and trust of our entries.

Besides this new feature, we've made major changes to the platform, both visually and structurally.

Key features include:

• Site-wide bug fixes
• Improved feed layout and sorting logic.
• Added more Ranks including Labcoats, SysOp (System Operator).
• Moderation tools and graphs
• Personality assessment layout and logic improvements
• Session management logic, like remembering trusted devices.
• Prestige system that tracks contributions and updates scores..etc
• Added new features to profiles and improved existent bugs.
• Follow/Follower system to sort feed posts better.
• Posts and comments layout improvements
• Comment tagging (mentioning) of users
• Emoji picker for people on PC who could not use emojis before.
• Cleared the UI with less information to keep the design simple and easier on the eye
